Healthy Bodies Healthy Minds YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN A YOUNG GIRL’S LIFE TODAY Go Girls! Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds is a program that targets girls from grades 6 to 8 and is designed to provide them with the tools necessary to assist them in making healthy choices around the issues of physical activity, balanced eating and feeling good about themselves.
Go Girls! matches groups of girls with women mentors aged 18 to 26. The key to the program’s success is the relationship that forms between the girls and their mentors.
